Job summary

A prominent engineering firm in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a People Analyst (HR) to analyze HR data and support workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or related fields and at least 5 years of HR experience in analytics and strategy. What you’ll do
  • Analyze HR data and market benchmarks to support people strategy and workforce planning
  • Prepare HR analytics and insights for management and leadership reporting
  • Support manpower planning, budgeting, and headcount governance with HRBPs and Finance
  • Assist in organization design, job evaluation, and job architecture exercises
  • Support compensation & benefits analysis, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews
  • Ensure HR policies, governance, and compliance are aligned with internal and legal requirements
What we’re looking for
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Sociology, or related field
  • Minimum5 years HR experience in planning, strategy, analytics, or C&B
  • Strong analytical mindset with good Excel / MS Office skills
