What you'll be doing

• Supervising and leading a team of security officers to deliver exceptional security services
• Monitoring security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation
• Coordinating and scheduling security patrols and shift coverage
• Maintaining detailed records and reports on security incidents and activities
• Liaising with clients to understand their security requirements and implement appropriate measures
• Providing training and development opportunities for security officers to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Addressing and resolving any security-related issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the security industry

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
