Join the team at Pro Payroll Sdn. Bhd. as a full-time Payroll Executive/Payroll Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for providing accurate and efficient payroll processing and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings for multiple clients.
• Process employee changes such as new hires and terminations, filing necessary tax forms per regulatory requirements.
• Timely and accurate net salary and statutory/non-statutory contribution payments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Generate accurate payroll reports, reconciliations, and annual year-end tax reporting.
• Resolve related tax queries.

Team Training and Development

• Train and guide team members on payroll processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Share best practices to enhance skills and improve overall team performance.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain good professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in an outsourced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.
• Proficient in payroll software and systems.
