Job summary

A dynamic HR company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Payroll Executive to process monthly payroll and maintain employee records. The successful candidate will assist with statutory contributions and handle payroll inquiries. A Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related fields, along with 1 year of payroll experience, is required. Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and good communication skills are essential. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory, and ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Willing to work at Millerz Square @ Old Klang Road.

Job Description
  • Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll.
  • Check and verify attendance, overtime, claims, and allowances.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Ensure all payroll documents are complete and accurate before submission.
  • Assist in statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) calculation and submissions.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Support HR with ad‑hoc administrative and reporting tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in payroll administration.
  • Good understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Willing to work at Millerz Square @ Old Klang Road.
