Job description

The FSS Associate in VF Corporation's Shared Service Centre is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of various payment transactions, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and intercompany settlements. This role also supports month-end closing activities such as bank reconciliations, while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle payment processes for entities across the APAC region with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Check and confirm on-time completion of all initiated transactions in online banking system.
  • Follow up on any outstanding transactions.
  • Prepare and post all payment related journals into SAP system timely and accurately.
  • Reconcile payment transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth payment operations.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to payments.
  • Respond to payment-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent academic results, or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience, are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is required to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with banking platforms.
  • Experience with SAP system is preferred.
