Assist in developing and executing strategic business development plans in alignment with company goals.
Support the Partner Success Manager in managing relationships with both new and existing partners.
Assist in managing the partner onboarding process, delivering training, and providing continuous professional support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our partners.
Track partner performance using CRM tools, prepare reports, and assist in identifying opportunities for growth.
Help monitor and analyse partner feedback to continuously improve the partnership experience.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product to ensure partners' needs and expectations are met.
Conduct research to identify potential partners, key decision-makers, and opportunities, and generate interest to foster strategic collaborations.
Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring agreements are aligned with company policies and guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth opportunities for partnerships.
Degree holder (Preferably with a degree in Business/Marketing, or related fields).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; No experience required.
Able to speak English, Cantonese (preferred), Chinese (preferred)
Ability to manage, coordinate and execute various projects.
Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to empathise and think from the customer’s perspective.
Confident in building and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
Able to deliver presentations.
Interested in data analysis and trends.
Past experience in sales, F&B, hospitality is a bonus!
