This role is fully remote and ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing virtual learning environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote operational support during live online training sessions
  • Ensure the professional execution of training programmes in accordance with organisational standards
  • Be online and available throughout the entire training session to manage class flow and participant coordination
  • Deliver opening remarks at the start of the session and closing remarks at the end, as per provided guidelines
  • Take and verify participant attendance and monitor class participation
  • Oversee basic session administration, including time management and coordination with the trainer
  • Ensure training sessions are properly recorded
  • Prepare and submit post-training reports, including attendance records and session recordings, within the stipulated timeline.
