A leading retail company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance customer experiences at Pandora KLCC. The role involves greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with sales activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of SPM qualification with relevant retail experience, strong customer service skills, and a good command of English and Malay. This position requires teamwork and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
You will represent the brand to personalize excellent customer services and assist in the overall buying processes while maintaining good relationship with the customers. We provide internal training and development opportunity to support your professional growth within the Habib Group.
