Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in maintenance planning and execution.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the palm oil mill.
• Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams for preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
• Supervise technical staff in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Analyse mill performance data and provide recommendations.
• Assist in procurement and inventory management of spare parts.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and engineering improvements.
