Job summary

A leading palm oil processing company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to oversee production, conduct inspections, and manage mill maintenance. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, investigating process non-conformance, and ensuring compliance with RSPO and MSPO standards. Job description

Responsible for productions - in-process inspection, quality, efficiency, losses & products

Responsible for the mill maintenance - Planning, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance

Supervising and controlling workers daily activities in the mill ensure according to procedure and requirements

Investigate any non-conforming related to process, maintenance, despatch, grading etc and provide recommendation for improvement

Responsible for assisting Senior Mill Manager / Mill Manager in human development, performing the duties and responsibilities related to mill daily operations.

Supervise & ensure efficient & cost-effective palm oil mill operation.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Well verse with requirement of RSPO, MSPO & Supply Chain Certification Standard (SCCS).

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical/Chemical or any engineering field, Diploma or equivalent

Fresh graduate / relevant experience in Palm Oil mill Industry is encouraged to apply

Hand-on experience / training in the oil mill maintenance system

Possess analytical and troubleshooting skill in mill processing and carrying out mill maintenance

Possess strong leadership organizational and communication skills
