Job description

Responsible in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Café. This includes the following tasks:

  • Oversee and take accountability for maintaining operational excellence in all facets of cafeteria management (staffing, product quality, sales, collection and etc)
  • Lead the team to deliver high quality service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and individual growth
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulation and compliance with health regulation
  • Manage costs effectively, including purchasing and inventory control
  • Implement measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce wastage
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members, contributing to overall performance improvement
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report and present to the Management
  • In-charge of vending machine (product replenish, product expiry, machine maintenance and etc)
  • Any others tasks assigned by Management from time to time
