Job summary

A leading F&B company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced manager to oversee all operations of their outlet. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and leading a team to achieve performance goals. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and communication skills along with decision-making abilities. Experience in managing F&B operations is preferred. This role includes oversight of inventory, handling customer issues, and monitoring financial performance.

Qualifications
