Lead the technical design and development of Experian’s custom billing application, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with best practices.

Collaborate with SMEs and business users to validate requirements and propose effective solution options for global billing processes.

Prepare detailed technical designs based on functional specifications and oversee implementation for medium/large software changes.

Mentor junior team members, sharing technical expertise and guiding them to grow within the team and deliver successful projects.

Provide functional configuration and design support for billing solutions across Experian’s global operations.

Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies, optimizing processes, and ensuring scalability and performance of billing solutions.
