Job description

This role supports daily warehouse and fulfillment operations by ensuring all customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately according to requirements. You will handle inbound and outbound movements, execute online orders for premium items with enhanced security, and ensure shipments are properly scanned and tracked. The role also involves updating shipment details, issuing consignment notes, and coordinating tracking information with the monitoring team to support customer notifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure all the orders are completed and pick and pack according to customers' requirements.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are transferred to the correct designated bays for distribution.
  • Execute online orders for premium items with proper security handling procedures.
  • Verify order quantities before packing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all outbound packing meets required standards, including applying fragile labels where necessary.
  • Handle premium items with enhanced security measures and insurance coverage during transshipment.
  • Perform outbound scanning using the BMS system to ensure accurate shipment records.
  • Complete the full order cycle and provide customers with consignment notes for tracking purposes.
  • Prepare and submit outbound tracking lists to the monitoring team for SMS notification arrangements.
Requirement & Qualification:
  • Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1 year of relevant working experience or Diploma qualification in any field.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and scanning systems is an advantage.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.
