Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day regional car park operations and business activities.
  • Drive yield management and implement cost‑control measures to achieve agreed annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, clients, and stakeholders to ensure long‑term customer retention.
  • Handle and resolve customer (landlord and parker) complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Plan human capital requirements and supervise staff to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Plan and conduct quarterly training programs for operational staff.
  • Uphold Times24’s branding standards and ensure staff appearance and behavior comply with company requirements.
  • Oversee audit control processes and drive continuous improvement in outlet operations.
  • Ensure full adherence to Quality Management System processes to maintain zero non‑compliance.
  • Review, refine, and improve operational work processes and procedures.
Pre‑requisites Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in car park operations, facilities management, retail/property management, hospitality, or service‑based industries.
  • Experience in managing multi‑site operations is a strong advantage.
  • Proven leadership skills in supervising, scheduling, and guiding ground staff.
  • Experience in business planning, operational planning, and budget preparation.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting ideas and proposals to stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel across sites within Penang (and nearby regions).
  • Able to manage stressful situations and respond to emergencies effectively.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
