Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations for freight forwarding and customs clearance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor teams to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor and resolve operational or compliance issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.
