Overview

The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operational processes within the banking and financial services department of a technology and telecoms-focused company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to manage and streamline processes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational processes to ensure smooth business functions within the banking and financial services department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Manage and resolve corporate actions events (Mandatory / Voluntary) for US / HK / CN / SG markets.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to recommend improvements and enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support the development and implementation of new operational strategies and tools.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on operational performance.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of team members to maintain high service standards.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational matters.

Profile

• A successful Operations Executive should have:
• A strong background in operations, preferably within the banking and financial services sector.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and implementing process improvements.
