This role requires a degree in Engineering and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, particularly with Blow film Extrusion and Laminating. The ideal candidate will lead the production and planning departments, driving efficiency and ensuring the production of high-quality products at optimal costs.

Operations Director

Oversee the operations of the Company with the efficient and profitable operation of our manufacturing plant’s performance responsibilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality products at the lowest possible cost, continuous growth, and improvement of all areas of manufacturing factors of production, delivering exceptional customer service and driving organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and manage company’s manufacturing operations, including Production, Planning and Warehouse.
• Overall manage production department on safety, productivity, yield, output, quality, 5S housekeeping, procedure, discipline, manpower planning and training.
• Overall manage planning department to ensure proper production scheduling, smooth and no interruption in whole supply chain process.
• Overall manage warehouse department on goods movement, security and control, stock accuracy, safety and 5S housekeeping.
• To oversee and ensure planning and production team utilize and convert raw material and WIP to prevent and/or minimize obsolete stock.
• Cross function with other internal departments and external sources, to resolve both issues and conflicts that form barriers to attainment of manufacturing related issues and our company policy.
• To lead and drive operation team to reduce operation cost and lean manufacturing.
• Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• Min 8 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Blow film Extrusion, Laminator and printing in packaging film is essential.
