A logistics and customer experience firm in Selangor is looking for an Operations & CX Associate to manage day-to-day fleet operations and support customer interactions. This role is suitable for fresh graduates with a degree in Business or related fields. Training will be provided to help you learn digital tools and customer-first communication approaches. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. You will gain hands-on experience in monitoring performance and supporting operational tasks.
Help manage day-to-day fleet operations, including schedules and deliveries (we’ll train you)
Be the friendly point of contact for our drivers, helping them stay on track and supported
Assist customers by responding to questions or issues in a professional, people-first way
Support the onboarding and coordination of freelance or contract drivers
Learn how to track fleet activities using modern digital tools and dashboards
Work closely with teammates across operations, tech, and customer success to improve how we work
Help monitor basic performance and customer satisfaction metrics and learn how they’re used
Get hands‑on exposure by supporting ad‑hoc operational tasks — great for learning how startups really run
A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
(Fresh graduates are welcome — relevant internships or projects are a plus, but not required)
Comfortable communicating with people — clear, polite, and professional
(We care more about attitude than experience)
A customer‑first mindset and willingness to learn how to solve problems
(You don’t need all the answers on Day 1)
Organised, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks with guidance and support
Open to using digital tools like Slack, HubSpot, Onfleet, and others
(No worries if you’re new — training will be provided)
Positive attitude, reliable, and not afraid to ask questions or try new things
