Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with crane operators.
• Update attendance records for crane and operator staff.
• Maintain and track maintenance records.
• Assist in sourcing daily replacement operators.
• Prepare reports on crane operator disciplinary issues.
• Liaise with clients regarding queries, problems, breakdowns, documents, safety, and complaints.
• Handle trip/mobilization plans and maintenance for Low Loader Drivers.
• Monitor and track company documents such as OYK, road tax, and insurance to ensure timely renewal.
• Support the Operation Manager in day-to-day coordination and operational management.
