Job in Brief

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of an organization's daily operations. They play a key role in coordinating various tasks, processes, and projects to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Ensure smooth operations of the Operation Support team in Property Show Case events in respective target areas.
  • Communicate and works well with the agents and stakeholders.
  • Sourcing and managing external vendors
  • Manages the budget and expenses.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team for all collaterals, photos and videos etc.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Likes organising events with good planning and time managing.
  • Has experience in Marketing, managing budget and capable to do sourcing.
  • Has experience organising events, handling a team of people and mindset of an entrepreneur.
  • Has a good sense of art and interior decoration.
  • Keen on learning and continuous improvement self-reflect, what went wrong, and what to improve.
  • Reporting to Head of Operations
