Operations Executive - Policy Servicing/Policy Processing (Supporting Hong Kong)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. It is a hybrid role that requires working as per the respective team’s arrangement.

Broking Operations (Policy Processing)

The policy processing/servicing team efficiently processes insurance policies for the Hong Kong market, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience for clients. The team handles policy servicing requests, such as amendments and renewals, working closely with clients, brokers, and underwriters. They provide customer support to policyholders in Hong Kong, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to policy coverage, claims, and payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks associated with processes such as Policy Endorsement, Client Policy Management, Generation of Quotation, Bills and Invoices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information, including report preparation.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation and strengthen established relationships.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues by offering updates and resolutions when required.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per the organization’s standards and SOPs.
  • Take part in investigations of queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plans to drive improvement.
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • High proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  • Ability to read and write Chinese.
  • Good work ethics with high integrity, detail‑oriented, compliant, and process‑driven.
Preferred Experience
  • 1–2 years experience in Policy Processing/Policy Servicing role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
