Operational Excellence Assistant Manager

Join Our Team as Operational Excellence Assistant Manager

Operational Excellence Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence by monitoring, auditing, and improving business processes. This role focuses on process compliance, accuracy, incident investigation, escalation management, and knowledge management to support high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
  • Monitor and evaluate operational accuracy, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to internal standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute regional project plans and ensure timely implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform root cause analysis for incidents, errors, or deviations, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement preventive measures.
  • Manage escalation processes, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with relevant teams.
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge management systems, documenting procedures, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Generate and present quality reports and insights to leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Support training and coaching initiatives to ensure operational teams understand quality expectations and compliance standards.
