1. Warehouse Operations (Supervisory Role)
- Supervise and guide the Warehouse Coordinator in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch
- Review and monitor inventory accuracy, stock control practices, and warehouse documentation
- Ensure warehouse layout, cleanliness, safety standards, and SOP compliance are consistently followed
- Plan and approve warehouse manpower requirements for normal operations and festive peak periods
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and discipline through the Warehouse Coordinator
- Act as escalation point for warehouse-related issues and operational risks
2. Logistics & Delivery Oversight (Supervisory Role)
- Oversee and supervise daily delivery operations executed by the Delivery Coordinator
- Review delivery plans, capacity planning, and route efficiency prepared by the Delivery Coordinator
- Monitor delivery KPIs including on-time rate, damages, failed deliveries, and cost control
- Act as escalation point for major delivery issues, customer complaints, and operational risks
- Oversee, evaluate, and manage performance of 3rd-party delivery service providers during festive peak periods
- Guide and support the Delivery Coordinator in improving delivery efficiency, service quality, and compliance
3. Quality Control (QC) Oversight
- Implement and enforce QC checkpoints:
- Incoming goods inspection
- Warehouse handling checks
- Pre-delivery inspection
- Ensure products meet company quality standards before delivery
- Investigate damages, defects, and returns; identify root causes
- Work with warehouse and logistics teams to reduce repeat quality issues
- Maintain QC records, reports, and improvement actions
4. Customer Service Support – Product Reports & Complaints
- Handle product-related customer complaints and reports received through Sales / Customer Service teams
- Investigate complaint root causes related to: Warehouse handling, Delivery process
- Coordinate corrective actions such as replacement, repair, or return
- Track complaint status, resolution timeline, and closure
- Prepare monthly product complaint analysis reports
- Recommend preventive actions to reduce repeat complaints
5. Festive Season & Peak Operations Management
- Prepare operational plans for peak periods (manpower, vehicles, staging space)
- Coordinate temporary staff, overtime, and workload distribution
- Ensure delivery efficiency and QC standards are maintained during peak periods
- Monitor festive season operational cost and productivity
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
- Track KPIs related to delivery performance, damages, inventory accuracy, and complaints
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Support management with data-driven operational insights
