Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Plan and manage outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Liaise with transporters, logistics providers, and internal teams for smooth shipment flow.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance and productivity targets.

Provide daily operational feedback and reports to management.

Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.

Actively participate in warehouse activities when needed (hands‑on support).

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of working experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX (or similar ERP systems) for inventory and warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, delegate, and motivate staff.
• Hands‑on attitude, willing to work alongside the team when required.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
