MANSION ONE SUITES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our hotel located on the picturesque Penang Island in Penang. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our hotel, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of front office, housekeeping, and other hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and managing hotel occupancy, room availability, and guest reservations
  • Addressing and resolving any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Overseeing the front office, maintenance and housekeeping within the hotel
  • Generating and analysing operational reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Assisting in the upkeep and maintaining units in good conditions
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations management or a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
