Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience and a degree in Engineering, Finance, or Telecommunications. The position offers a hybrid work model based in Malaysia.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to oversee the operation of our telecommunication tower division. This role requires a hybrid skillset whereby you will handle technical and site operation, commercial contracts and work closely with all telecommunication stakeholders.
Oversee the operational status of assets on site, resolving site operation or maintenance matters, scheduling maintenance activities and ensure compliance to contract, regulations, and safety standards.
Manage division's accounts including monthly billings, collections, and confirmation of financial info with clients.
Handle negotiation, renewal, and preparation of agreements together with the legal team.
Prepare summary reports on telco business activities, insights on market performance and strategy forward.
Degree in Engineering / Finance / Telecommunications or equivalent
Familiar with telecommunication tower construction lifecycles, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations
Good commercial acumen with at least 10 years of relevant work experience
Strong capability to manage stakeholders' relationship
Respectable integrity, proactive, and able to exhibit high level of professionalism and honesty
