Operation Manager (F&B) - Bread Bakery Shop
  • Oversee and manage the overall operations of the bread bakery shop, including but not limited to staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to achieve budgeted goals and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new products, create menus, and improve existing recipes to meet customer preferences and market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to secure the best quality ingredients and services at competitive prices.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of the bakery operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any complaints promptly and effectively to maintain a positive reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
