Position Summary

Oversee and optimize all operational activities within the system integration assembly environment for semiconductor automation solutions, with a strong focus on CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly. The Operation Manager ensures seamless workflow, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across manufacturing, assembly, logistics, and quality assurance to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure strict compliance with international standards, company policies, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, supply chain, and project management—to support seamless project execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Champion change initiatives and drive continuous improvement across all operational processes.
• Oversee resource allocation, workforce planning, and training to maintain high standards of performance.
• Proactively resolve operational issues and support teams in overcoming challenges.

Qualifications
