Oversee and manage the entire factory construction process, ensuring project delivery meets timelines, budgets, and required quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of construction‑related activities.
Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, output targets, safety regulations, and product quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support the implementation of new product designs or production improvements.
Manage local customer service functions, ensuring prompt handling of inquiries, issues, and feedback to maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong working relationships with key local customers to support retention and service excellence.
Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of the demo line for customer demonstrations, training, and marketing purposes.
Monitor production KPIs and support initiatives to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, environmental, and workplace safety requirements.
Support internal and external audits, including ISO‑related operational compliance.
Carry out other duties and special projects as assigned by the Vice President or senior management.
Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in SEMI-CON AMHS programming, manufacturing, or similar roles.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or other relevant fields.
Strong background in managing customer service functions and maintaining customer relationships.
Proven experience in factory setup, construction management, and manufacturing operations.
Excellent leadership, people management, and team motivation skills.
Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities in production environments.
Ability to assign, track, and drive team targets to completion effectively.
Familiarity with production quality standards and operational compliance is preferred.
Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
