Operation Executive 运营 (Mainly focus Inventory Control)

Tips Industry (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join our team in Kulai, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's inventory control processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This is a crucial position that will contribute directly to the success of our growing manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure overall inventory accuracy compare SAP system and physical goods
• Manage a team and ensure on time and accurate data entry
• Conduct monthly WIP & regular stock checks & annual stock counts (Physical and SAP) and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Generating reports on inventory levels & material usage
• Collaborate with production, purchasing and sales teams to align inventory with business needs
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an inventory control or operations role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of accurately managing inventory
• Proficient in using inventory management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiar with relevant industry regulations and best practices
• Able to communicate with clients in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
