  • Ensure achievement of ocean department KPI.
  • Liaise and arrange with vendors for daily operations.
  • Provide pro-active customer service for all clients.
  • Verify invoices and arrange payment to vendors.

Responsibilities
  • To troubleshoot daily ocean operations from internal and external customers, vendors and others;
  • To prepare customers and AP reports
  • To ensure achievement of ocean department KPI
  • To liaise and arrange with vendors on daily operations activities
  • To ensure excellent quality service is provided to our customers & be the best in the business
  • To provide pro-active customer service for all clients handled by the Department
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
  • To verify invoice and arrange payment to vendor
