  • Proven experience in content management, especially on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and live streaming.
  • Previous experience in administrative or management support roles will be highly advantageous.
  • Skilled in data entry and data analysis, with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt effectively within a dynamic.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to unexpected challenges.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across departments and with clients.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to speak and understand Mandarin (Mandarin speaker only) as the role involves frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking management.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator who is responsible, adaptable, and highly organized to support our fast-paced and expanding team. This position involves a mix of operational support, basic marketing coordination, and day-to-day team assistance, with key responsibilities in data management, content coordination, and workspace organization.

Data & Analytics
  • Key in and manage marketing and sales data accurately.
  • Provide reports on performance trends and suggest improvements.
Workspace Setup & Maintenance
  • Assist in building and organizing the live room/office space from scratch.
  • Ensure all live streaming equipment and tools are functioning well.
  • Manage and ensure the functionality of office infrastructure.
Content & Live Management
  • Manage and schedule live hosting sessions to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
  • Coordinate, support, and motivate live host team members, including guiding lower-performing hosts to improve their results.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance audience engagement and drive sales performance.
  • Create, plan, and manage content across key platforms, particularly TikTok and Shopee.
Team Monitoring & Motivation
  • Monitor attendance and performance of team members.
  • Provide encouragement, motivation and skills enhancement guidance for underperforming team members.
Internal Communication
  • Communicate effectively with HQ regarding requirements, feedback, and service matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and alignment with company goals.
Administrative & Management Tasks
  • Ensure the overall office environment is well-managed.
  • Oversee equipment, furniture, and live room setup to ensure functionality and readiness.
  • Address and resolve minor operational issues promptly to maintain smooth daily operations.
