Role Summary – Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee and drive day-to-day business operations across the organization. This role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into executable operational plans, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across projects, engineering, logistics, maintenance, and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong execution discipline, capable of driving performance through KPIs, continuous improvement, and team development, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Translate company strategy into clear operational goals, action plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor performance using KPIs, identify gaps, and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.
• Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing operational teams with a strong accountability culture.
• Work closely with the Operation GM and cross‑functional teams (Sales, Technical, Logistic) to align operations with business objectives.
• Prepare and present operational reports, performance updates, and improvement plans to management.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or other relevant fields.
