Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of deskside support experience, preferably in MNC.
• Experience in using ServiceNow is preferred.
• Good deskside support technical skills and basic infrastructure knowledge.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Polite, patient, and helpful with strong service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical and troubleshooting services.
• Diagnose and coordinate hardware repairs with OEM vendors.
• Resolve software functionality issues for operating systems and applications.
• Perform installations, moves, adds, changes, and de-installs of devices.
• Support VIP users with enhanced services.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to resolve end-user issues.
