Job summary

A leading sales organization in Malaysia is looking for an individual to take charge of online sales, responding to enquiries from social media platforms and participating in various events. The ideal candidate should possess at least an SPM qualification, with a preference for at least one year of experience in sales or customer service. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required, alongside a self-motivated and positive attitude. Opportunities for immediate employment are available.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above.
• Preferably at least 1 year experience in sales, online sales, telemarketing or customer service.
• Self-motivated, analytical and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Take charge in online sales and handle enquiries from social media.
• In charge of sales arrangements and appointments.
• Participate in roadshows or events organized by the company.
• Achieve sales targets monthly or yearly.
• Support retail showroom as needed.
