Omnichannel Operations Lead (Retail_Mass)

Opportunity to lead and shape end-to-end omnichannel retail operations. Exposure to a fast-paced, growth-driven retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive retail teams to execute omnichannel operations and achieve sales budgets while ensuring a seamless customer experience across retail, customer service, and marketing.
  • Own and manage the P&L for the new omnichannel business channel, driving revenue growth and long-term sustainability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption of omnichannel initiatives across stores and consumers.
  • Manage daily business performance, track KPIs, and initiate corrective actions to optimise results.
  • Work closely with retail district managers and store teams to drive execution, resolve pain points, and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and IT teams to address technical and app-related issues through regular follow-ups.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentive schemes in partnership with Marketing and E-commerce teams.
  • Establish and enforce operational SOPs, and coordinate with warehouse, fulfilment, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and issue resolution.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Master's in any related field with at least 3 years of experience in retail operations roles.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with large sets of data.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to and master new internal systems and tools.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
