Job summary

A leading oil & gas company seeks a Senior Commissioning Engineer with at least 15 years of experience in the industry. You will own the Risk and Mitigation Plan, develop commissioning matrices, and ensure safety procedures are adhered to during operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. This role is based in Malaysia and offered on a contractor local package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commissioning experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Proven offshore and onshore commissioning experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety case development and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Risk and Mitigation Plan for Hook-up and Commissioning.
• Develop and maintain RACI and Interface Matrices for Commissioning and SIMOPS.
• Review and approve Pre-commissioning and Commissioning procedures.
