Job summary

A leading service provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their offshore support services in Malaysia and Singapore. This role focuses on selling integrated services to offshore oil & gas clients. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in business development, experience with offshore contract catering, and strong negotiation skills. You will build relationships with local decision-makers and drive market growth. Willingness to travel and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in business development or key account management in offshore oil & gas.
• Familiar with offshore contract catering, marine support logistics, and HSE requirements.
• Established connections within Malaysian O&G operators or drilling contractors are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new offshore opportunities.
• Develop and execute a local go-to-market strategy to win long-term contracts.
• Build trusted relationships with local client stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze offshore market trends and competitor activities.
