As we expand our presence in the US market, we are seeking a talented Business Analyst to drive market research and business development initiatives in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector.


Mission

Responsible for the planning, communication, and execution of the company’s brand and public relations strategies. Enhance brand awareness, reputation, and market influence through high-impact integrated communication initiatives, while effectively safeguarding brand image.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute PR communication strategies. Build a PR content system encompassing daily product promotions, press releases, and partner collaborations. Establish and maintain media distribution channels to ensure effective coverage.

  • Establish and enhance Corporate PR capabilities. Strengthen brand authority and industry influence through sustained media relations and organic pitching.

  • Expand and manage media partnerships, including industry media and KOL. Coordinate resources to execute brand and PR activities.

  • Manage the company’s official social media accounts, including strategy development, content planning, and execution. Increase community engagement, follower growth, and brand interaction.

  • Maintain brand strategy and visual identity management to ensure consistency of core brand messages and visuals across all internal and external outputs. Establish a brand asset library. Plan and execute brand integrated marketing campaigns and sponsorship programs to drive brand awareness.

  • Develop crisis communication plans, respond promptly, and properly handle emergencies to protect brand image.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PR role. Experience in Web3, blockchain, traditional finance, or fintech industries is highly advantageous.

  • Familiarity with building PR content systems, expanding media distribution channels, and maintaining media relations (including traditional, digital, and vertical industry media). Possession of relevant media resources is a plus.

  • Strong social media operation and management skills, capable of developing and executing platform-specific content strategies.

  • Proven ability in planning and executing brand campaigns to effectively boost brand awareness.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, project management skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
