Responsibilities

Sourcing suppliers for the production of branded materials (printed products, banners, stickers, souvenirs).

Obtaining approval from the company's head office and organizing and coordinating processes until the products are delivered to the relevant department of the company, with confirmation of quality and quantity compliance.

In case of non-compliance with requirements, submitting a complaint about the discrepancy in collaboration with the company's legal department.

Monitoring the stock levels of printed materials in each company department’s warehouse.

Organizing and coordinating the placement of offline advertising, promotional materials, and promotional events.

Collecting photo and video reports of the events.

Adapting advertising layouts and slogans for the company’s advertising campaigns.

Searching for partners for placing company advertisements.

Managing contracts with partners and suppliers for advertising placements.

Ensuring adherence to deadlines for completing advertising tasks; applying penalties for delays in advertising placements.

Developing weekly and monthly media plans for each company department.

Preparing weekly and monthly advertising reports across all company departments.

Performing other functions as assigned by management.

Requirements

Strong command of the English language.

Experience in Advertising/Marketing or any other relevant field.
