A leading company in the food processing industry is looking for a dedicated individual to handle import documentation and coordinate with forwarders for shipment clearance. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Admin, Shipping & Logistic, or its equivalent, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000, generating reports for Finance, and providing administrative support. Join a dynamic team and contribute to our operational efficiency.
Review and verify import documentation for spare parts before shipment; coordinate with forwarders for clearance.
Ensure all documents are complete and submitted to HQ for payment processing; liaise with Finance on invoice matters.
Check and match documents in the Esker system with hard copies accurately.
Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 requirements and support related activities.
Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of documents to meet IRA requirements.
Handle license renewal applications.
Generate monthly Esker and electricity consumption reports for Finance.
Track non-PO invoices, vessel invoices, and Capex documents before submitting to HQ Finance.
Provide administrative support, including stationery and uniform issuance, courier and hotel bookings, etc.
Assist in Capex processes, asset disposal, as well as hostel and canteen management.
Perform other tasks assigned by management as required.
Diploma in Admin, Shipping & Logistic, or equivalent (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
At least 1 year experience in related field is an added advantage.
