Position Title

Officer, Logistic Warehouse

Report To

Executive, Logistics

Position Summary

This position is responsible to ensure export shipments, customs clearance and dispatch of materials in accordance with country authorities, local laws, and company requirements while efficiently utilising the available resources within the Supply Chain Management Department.

Key Accountability

• Perform import/export activities of aircraft spares, tools, and related materials as required by end users based on priority (AOG/CRI/NRM).
• Perform shipments of goods including packaging, AWB creation, DGR declaration, customs clearance, permits, and taxes/duties paid.
• Provide logistical support for distribution of aircraft spares, tools and related materials to line stations.
• Maintain quality, safety and discipline as per the applicable regulations, standards and/or SOP at all time.
• Perform any other logistics activities to support aircraft maintenance engineering activities.

Qualification & Working Experience

• At least SPM with minimum 1 year related experience in the supply chain/warehouse/logistics industry.
• 1-2 years of experience
• IATA DGR, customs licences/permits (preferable but not mandatory)
