Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and evaluation of strategic and operational initiatives that will best uplift the organisational goals and financial performance of the Group in a sustainable and cost-effective manner.
- Oversee all administrative functions including but not limited to leading and directing operations team, delegating administrative tasks and working well together with other teams to ensure work productivity.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily tasks and operational requirements with the most effective deployment/ use of adequate resources and available manpower.
- Ensure procedures, company policies, business compliance within and across the offices of the Group are well communicated and adhered to in a fair and objective manner.
- Manage facilities, equipment and procurement needs, personnel and general resources, while ensuring that teams are properly and adequately trained to perform tasks competently to achieve operational and service excellence consistency.
- Prepare on-boarding kit and equipment for new joiner.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth delivery of organisational objectives achieving optimal results.
- Act as an advisor for compliance matters (local employment law and regulation).
- Build and maintain relationship with building management.
- Source and monitor the performance of Office Boy (OB).
- Co-work with Human Resources Legal, Executive Assistant to ensure smooth operations of the whole business.
- All ad-hoc assignments given by Executive Director.
