  1. Truck Booking & Coordination

  • Manage and schedule truck bookings for daily operations.

  • Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.

  • Resolve any issues related to transporter arrangements or delays.

2. Material Transfer Management

  • Oversee the transfer of materials to branches according to Delivery Orders (DO) or documents provided by customers.

  • Ensure all materials are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to the correct branch.

3. Reporting & Operations Supervision

  • Update and maintain the truck booking report, ensuring all records are current and accurate.

  • Monitor daily activities and provide reports to management as needed.

  • Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

  • Ensure warehouse team packing material according to the warehouse sop.

  • Guide and support warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency.

Job Requirement:

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.

  • 1-2 years experience in warehousing.

  • Fresh graduate are welcomed.

  • Basic computer skill (words, excel, ppt)

  • Proficient in Mandarin (need to deal with China customer)

  • Proficient in English and BM.
