A corporate law firm in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is seeking an Administrative Clerk to manage general administrative tasks, support documentation, and assist with finance duties. The role is open to fresh graduates who possess at least a Higher Secondary qualification and have skills in MS Excel, MS Office, and communication. Attend to general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones and responding to emails.
To support documentation and administrative tasks, including liaising with clients, agents, developers, banks, and authorities.
To perform other tasks assigned by lawyers/partners from time to time.
To assist with certain finance and accounting tasks as required.
Ensure that all work is completed within the prescribed timelines and in a meticulous manner.
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma.
