Requirement
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognised university.
  • Valid registration with Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (or eligible to register).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of paediatric experience preferred (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Strong knowledge in sensory integration, fine motor skills, handwriting readiness, and developmental delays.
  • Good communication skills with children and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (psychologist, speech therapist, paediatrician).
  • Passionate, patient, and able to create a child‑friendly therapeutic environment.
  • Able to work on weekends if required (e.g., Saturday).
Responsibility
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for children with developmental, sensory, behavioural, and motor challenges.
  • Plan and deliver evidence‑based occupational therapy interventions tailored to each child’s needs.
  • Provide 1-to-1 therapy, group sessions, and parent coaching when required.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate case notes, and prepare therapy reports.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, and paediatricians to ensure holistic care.
  • Guide parents on home‑based exercises and management strategies.
  • Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and continuous professional development.
  • Support centre events, workshops, and outreach activities.
