KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to supervise projects, attend meetings, and coordinate with clients and contractors
• In charge on site assessment for solar projects
• Install solar PV systems and assist with electrical/maintenance work
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Do O&M tasks: troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, inspections, panel cleaning, repairs, replacement, dismantling and corrective action.
• Support testing & commissioning (T&C) with clients/TNB/SEDA
• Visit and check sites for solar project suitability
• Manage inventory: record items, organize warehouse, ensure safety
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures
• Prepare service reports and documentation

Requirements:

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or related field
• Mandatory to have valid Chargeman Certificate PW4/AO/A1 and above
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of solar systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Grid Connected PV systems and electrical system.
• Able to work at site; physically fit for outdoor work
• MUST have valid driving license D
• Basic electrical knowledge (Wiring/Chargeman cert is a bonus)
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, and problem‑solving skills
• Preferably candidates with prior solar experience.
