Job description

Develop, implement and deliver standardized nutrition protocols and training programs for pharmacy teams and customers, creating evidence-based educational materials to ensure consistent service delivery and improved health literacy.

Train, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy team through regular coaching sessions, case reviews, and workshops to enhance team competency, patient care quality, and professional growth.

Advise on OTC supplements and train pharmacy team on nutrition basics, ensuring safe product recommendations and enhancing customer trust in retail health services.

Customer Support Excellence and Individual Nutrition Counseling

Serve as a dedicated nutrition resource for customers, handling phone inquiries escalated by our outlet teams. This role involves providing expert guidance and clarifying nutritional information to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.

Conduct comprehensive dietary assessments and create customized meal plans tailored to customers’ health conditions, preferences, and cultural needs.

Community Outreach & Education

Participate in nutrition awareness initiatives (e.g., health fairs, webinars) and collaborate with local organizations to promote healthy lifestyles, increasing community engagement and program reach.
