Job description

Nutritionist cum Personal Health Advisor

Working hours: 5.5 days per week (45 hours)

Salary: Basic + Commission + OT Pay

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional and health screening advice and consultation to walk‑in customers.
• Sell and promote the company's services and products by educating, advising, and counselling all levels of clientele.
• Provide health tests to customers on related promotional activities.
• Perform phlebotomy (blood taking) on customers (training provided).
• Conduct bone density tests.
• Handle customers’ inquiries and provide customer service.
• Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and care for them.
• Inspire people to change their diet/lifestyle to achieve good health.
• Conduct overall healthcare department stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock level.
• Keep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks and shelves.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/Biomedical/Allied Health Sciences or equivalent.
• Sales experience in Health, Retail Pharmacy and Wellness Industry with a proven track record for achieving sales targets.
• Good persuasive and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and as a responsible team member.
